Dealing with Eloan had made me feel physically ill, so I'm ecstatic to say I FINALLY got an email response with my long-lost security answer! I have access once again! Whew ^_^

    Wow! I'm glad. I gather that you are only planning to use this new security information once? Like when you take all your money to an institution that doesn't make you physically sick.. *crossing fingers and toes that you are doing that*

    Yeah, very glad to hear it.

    Considering that the vast majority of my savings is with them, I am very keenly interested in everyone's experiences with them.
